How to Connect SpotASlot with Zapier

Automate your workflows and supercharge your business with SpotASlot + Zapier integration. With Zapier, you can connect SpotASlot to thousands of other apps like Google Sheets, Slack, Mailchimp, WhatsApp, and more — no coding required!

Follow the steps below to connect your SpotASlot account with Zapier and start building powerful automations in just a few clicks.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Go to the Integrations Page

Log in to your SpotASlot admin dashboard.
In the left-hand menu, navigate to:
Dashboard → Integrations → Automation tab.

2. Click “Connect to Zapier”

Under the Automation tab, find the Zapier Integration section.
Click the Connect Zapier button.

This will redirect you to our official Zapier integration page.

3. Authorize Your SpotASlot Account

You’ll be prompted to log in or authorize your SpotASlot account in Zapier.
Zapier will ask for access so it can communicate securely with SpotASlot.
Once approved, your SpotASlot account will be successfully linked to Zapier.

4. Start Creating Zaps!

You can now start creating your first automation (called a Zap) by selecting a Trigger (e.g., “New Appointment Booked”) and linking it to an Action (e.g., “Send Slack Notification” or “Add Row in Google Sheets”).
Please remember to select correct organization, for example if your url is https://example123.spotaslot.com, then you should choose example123 as organization in Zapier.
